How to add New Property

1. In the Agent Menu Select Add Property. As in figure 1 Figure 1 add property   2. Then the website will send you to add property form as in figure 2. Figure 2 add property form In the Properties tab you can enter a name form the property for example Nice Villa, and the type is villa then you can select property type from list as in figure 3. You can enter the price in USD and select featured If you want to State your property as Featured property. 4. then type the Introduction for the property in the introduction area , it does not have to be long, because you can use the Full Text area to add all the Specification. If you want to add introduction and full text, do not repeat the Introduction In the full text area. 5. At the bottom of the form you can see Notes area, which are hidden to end-user You can put any Notes you want about the property as in figure 4. Figure 4 Notes 6. Now if you click on the tab Extra Fields can see as in figure 5, you can add Featured for the property, Like Address, country, city, and the region in the country, the total area, livable Area And so on If you don?t have information or don?t want to fill the fields you can leave it Empty Figure 5 Extra Fields 7. Now click on Save & Insert Photos to save your property, then the form will send you to insert photos for the property, as you can see in figure 6. Figure 6 photos tab Upload any number of photos you need, for example if we have three images for a property as in figure7. Figure 7 some image for nice villa property. As you can see in figure 8, click on Browse... to select one image from your computer. Figure 8 brows and upload photo buttons The choose file window will open for you, and then you can select one image as you can see in figure 9, after that click on open. Figure 9 Choose file window Back to the photo form you can see the path of the file have been set, you need to enter title for the image with or without description, then click on Upload Photo. As you can see in figure 10. Figure 10 upload photo. You have to wait until the finish of uploading, that dependent of your internet speed and the size of the image, then you will do the same for the other images. After uploading your images you can see them by scrolling down as you can see in figure 11, you can delete or reorder them in the way you want. Figure 11 managing photos You now can move any where in the website or add another property, then you can see your property listed for you in the website, by going to View My Properties in the Agent Menu then you can see your properies as in figure 12
