″Agent″ means the person who registers to list one or more properties, there by purchasing slot for 6   or 12 months for the purpose of listing as many properties as he/she wants in the website. 

″Property Owner″ means a landlord who decides to register for the purpose of using the service when ever he has the need to list his property or properties for sale or rent.

"Registered person" means the person who registers his personal details for the purpose of getting more information.

"Users″ means the users of the Website collectively;

"User Information" means the details provided by you on Website/profile;

"We/us/our" means Ahamco Properties ;

"Website" means the website located at www.ahamcoproperties.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it;

"You" means a user of the Website or/and a customer contacting the agents ;

″WRITING″ includes e-mail, telex, cable, facsimile transmission and comparable means of communication.

PAYMENT

All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. Unless if its stated including VAT. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery Charges. You will receive an electronic confirmation of our receipt of your order via e-mail. Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Product.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.  All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We reserve the right to withdraw any Property listing plan from the Website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from the Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

By making an offer to pay for property listing plant, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

DEPOSITS

Any deposits left for listing or and services are strictly non-refundable.

Services for which deposits has been left will only be held for a maximum of 7 days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade. We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS

No order submitted by Agents or Property Owners shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until confirmed in Writing by one of our authorised staff representative.

Property listings are not supplied to the visitor on a trial basis. It is the sole responsibility of the Agent or Property Owners to verify the suitability and compatibility of equipment before purchasing plan or property information.

The Agents or Property Owners shall be responsible to us for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order (including any applicable specification) submitted by Agents or Property Owners, and for giving us any necessary information relating to the property within a sufficient time to enable us to perform the Contract in accordance with its terms.

The quantity, quality and description of any specification for the properties shall be those set out in our quotation (if accepted by the Agents or Property Owners) or the Agents or Property Owners order (if accepted by our administration).

If any process is to be applied to the property by us in accordance with a specification submitted by the Agents or Property Owners, the Agents or Property Owners shall indemnify us against all loss, damages, costs and expenses awarded against or incurred by us in connection with or paid or agreed to be paid by us in settlement of any claim for infringement of any patent, copyright, design, trade mark or other industrial or intellectual property rights of any other person which results from us use of the Agents or Property Owners? specification.

Our website reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the property listing plans which are required to conform with any applicable statutory or EC requirements or, where the plan are to be supplied to our specification, which do not materially affect their quality or performance.

No order which has been accepted by us may be cancelled by Agents or Property Owners except with the agreement in Writing by us and on terms that Agents or Property Owners shall indemnify us in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Seller as a result of cancellation.

PRICE OF THE PURCHASE  OR PLANS

The price of the purchase or Plans shall be our quoted price or, where no price has been quoted (or a quoted price is no longer valid), the price listed in our published price list current at the date of acceptance of the order. All prices quoted are valid for 3 days only or until earlier acceptance by the Agents or Property Owners, after which time they may be altered by us without giving notice to the Agent or Property Owners.

This website reserves the right, by giving notice to Agent or Property Owners at any time before register, to increase the price of purchase or plans to reflect any increase in the cost which is due to any factor beyond the control of our services (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture), any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for service price of purchase which is requested by Agent or Property Owners, or any delay caused by any instructions of the Buyer or failure of the Buyer to give the Seller adequate information or instructions.

Except as otherwise stated under the terms of any quotation or in any price list of our website, and unless otherwise agreed in Writing between Agent or Property Owners and our contact services all prices are given by us on an ex works basis, and where we agree to deliver the services otherwise than at the our premises, we shall be liable to pay charges for transport, packaging and insurance.
